North Shore Trip - Photostory

Jake and I took the kids up the North Shore for one last little getaway before the kids go back to school and Jake starts his new job next week. We searched for agates along the shores of Lake Superior, did lots of hiking, visited a lighthouse, grilled out, and, of course, did some swimming at the hotel. It started to rain just as we were heading into the hotel for the evening and a rainbow appeared in the sky as we sat in the hot tub! It was neat to see Rylan's face as he was checking it out through the window. We had a great time and really hope to do some camping up there next summer.
